Daniel Francisco López Naranjo

Daniel Francisco López Naranjo is a political scientist with a Master's in Public Administration and Public Policy, experienced in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public programs and projects. His career combines project management, public-policy evaluation, applied research and institutional analysis, with professional experience in Colombia and Mexico.

He has coordinated and contributed to projects for government entities, international organizations and cooperation agencies — including institutional evaluation, impact and results evaluation, social protection, decentralization, public management, information systems and inclusion policy. He has worked on projects linked to entities such as Colombia's National Planning Department (DNP), the Administrative Department of the Presidency, the Department for Social Prosperity, the IDB, UNDP, UNICEF and the World Food Programme, among others.

He has led teams and technical advisory and analysis processes, coordinating technical inputs, research instruments, logical frameworks, executive reports, indicators and decision-support tools. He has direct public-administration experience, including Colombia's National Planning Department and the Planning and Finance Secretariat of the Government of Puebla, Mexico.

He is currently General Director of GOVERNA, where he integrates his experience in public policy, evaluation, project management and institutional analysis to build strategic-intelligence and decision-making capabilities for complex environments.
